Full Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position would have a client-centric approach with sales expertise in residential home automation and control systems. You should be experienced and comfortable with networking and selling to home builders and new home owners. You should have notable success building rapport, analyzing customer needs, and overcoming challenging obstacles. You should have a great personality and a passionate heart for serving other team members and clients while creating a huge presence in the San Antonio, Austin Area!

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Requirements:
• Strong sales track record with an “Always Be Closing” attitude – Minimum 2 years of experience
• In person, Email and LinkedIn networking and marketing experience
• Great presentation skills in front of groups both online and in-person
• Ability to effectively communicate project details and scope of work to internal team members
• Ability to help improve the lives of others

Preferred:
• Well Networked in San Antonio, Austin Area with upscale builders and Low Voltage Integrator suppliers
• CLOSE DEALS with enthusiasm
• Experienced in 2gig, Qolsys, DSC, Alarm.com, SONOS, Kwickset, FillQuick

• Total expected pay of $80k to $110k after commission
• Company vehicle with gas card

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, weekends optional

Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

License/Certification:
• Driver’s License
